Homes for Sale in the Bridlemile Area of Portland

Would you like to learn more about homes for sale in the Bridlemile School District in Portland?  This area is close to downtown, and has one of the best elementary schools in town!  Recent test scores show Bridlemile Elementary School is at the top of the list – and homes are a bit more reasonable than in the Ainsworth School District, which is the closest to downtown in the Southwest area of Portland.  Bridlemile is one “notch” further out, so the prices are a notch lower, and you’re still where the action is, with great schools, and close proximity to downtown Portland.

You can expect to pay anywhere from $200,000 – $1,000,000 in this area, with today’s figures showing the median price at $525,000 and the median sized home is 3021 square feet.  The most expensive home on the market today is $2.8 Million, and the least expensive one is $213,000.
