You want Cary on your side of the deal - she is good on the bargaining table and does the research needed to determine if the deal is right. We used Cary to buy our house and then to sell our old house. Cary got us a deal that was 50k under the owner's initial asking. Then, at a time when the market was on its way down (2008), she got us a very high price for our sale at $73k more than we had paid 7 years prior (on a starter house). 1 year later the houses in that neighborhood were selling for 60k less! Oh and did I mention we closed the sale 2.5 weeks after we put the house on the market?

We thought we were about a year away from having a down payment for a house. A friend told us about an Open House that we should look at and we loved it immediately. We told Cary that the timing just wasn't right and she said she thought she could make something happen. This was late on a Sunday afternoon. By Noon on Monday we were pre-approved to buy the house! 3 weeks later we moved in. It all worked out great for the sellers, too, as they had to sell fast to take a job out of state. Hopefully we will never move again, but if we do, Cary is our realtor! Greg B.

Out of state seller and buyer, having Cary expertly handle both transactions, being knowledgeable about out of state transactions and incredibly patient with our slow time-table and fairly lengthy search. As a psychiatrist, I appreciated her warm and outgoing personality, as she connects with people with ease and humor! Technologically astute, very aware of current real estate market and almost instantly responding to questions and communications with electronic signatures to avoid travel, and the like were all smoothly done without pressure.
